The 8-week journey

Idea to pitch in 8 weeks.

Each week builds on the last. Students experience the full arc of starting a real business — research, design, build, pitch.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Ideation & market research

Students identify a real problem worth solving, validate the audience, and study the competitive landscape.

  2. Weeks 3–4

    Business model & strategy

Teams design a revenue model, define their value proposition, and outline a go-to-market strategy.

  3. Weeks 5–6

    Branding & marketing

From naming to logos, voice, and channels — students build a complete brand identity and marketing plan.

  4. Weeks 7–8

    Financials & pitch prep

Projections, pricing, and the final pitch deck. Practice runs with mentors before the live competition.

Continuous improvement, every cohort.

We get better every year. The curriculum evolves based on direct input from the educators and students who use it.

  • Regular feedback collection from teachers and students
  • Content updates based on educator insights
